• We are not liable for losses due to market value changes after purchase, shipping delays beyond our control, or misuse of products.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Carroll County courts.

• We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment clears.

• We use USPS (First Class, Priority, or Ground Advantage) with tracking on all orders.

• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout (flat rate options or free over $69).

• International: Available; buyer responsible for customs fees, duties, and delays.

• Lost/Damaged: If tracking shows issues, contact us with details/photos within 7 days—we’ll file claims and reship/refund as appropriate.

• Address Changes: Notify us immediately; extra fees may apply for corrections.

4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of trading cards (risk of tampering/resealing), our policy prioritizes fairness and authenticity.

• Opened/Used Products: All sales of opened packs, boxes, singles (pulled from packs), or played cards are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Unopened/Sealed Items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging/condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

• Damaged/Wrong/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days with photos/description. We’ll refund, replace, or compensate (we cover return shipping if our error).

• Counterfeit Concerns: We sell only authentic items. If you suspect a fake, contact us immediately with evidence/photos—we’ll investigate and refund fully if confirmed (buyer may need to return item).

• Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt/review. No partial refunds on bundles unless specified.

• No returns on graded cards, custom orders, or clearance items.

At Overtime Collectibles Maryland (@OTCCMD), we are committed to transparency and trust in every transaction. Prices displayed on our site are the prices you pay.

• We honor the purchase price: Once your payment is successfully processed at checkout, we will fulfill and ship your order at the exact price shown and paid—no adjustments, additional invoices, upcharges, or requests for more money after purchase. Market volatility in Pokémon TCG and collectibles is real, but your confirmed order locks in the deal.

• Limited exceptions for obvious pricing errors: In very rare cases of a clear and obvious pricing mistake (e.g., a significant typo, system glitch, or test listing error where the listed price is dramatically below reasonable market value, such as a high-end PSA slab at a fraction of its value), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund (including shipping fees paid) immediately. We will contact you right away to explain the issue, apologize, and—where appropriate—offer goodwill gestures like free packs, store credit, or priority on future orders. This exception is used only when the error is undeniable and not merely a market fluctuation or oversight.

• Order review and processing: All orders are reviewed shortly after placement. If no issues are found, we ship within 1-3 business days (as per our Shipping Policy). If a rare error is caught during review, you’ll hear from us promptly with options and a resolution focused on fairness.

• Price changes: Prices on the site may change without notice due to market conditions, but any changes apply only to new orders—not ones already processed and paid.

6. Authenticity & Counterfeit Policy

We are committed to selling only genuine Pokémon TCG products.

• All items are sourced from reputable suppliers and authenticated when possible (especially high-value cards).

• Counterfeits are strictly prohibited. If a card is proven counterfeit (via photos/evidence or third-party verification), we offer a full refund upon return.

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt and contact us promptly with concerns. We stand by our products but are not responsible for post-purchase market authenticity disputes without evidence.
