Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations: We ship within the U.S. and internationally to select countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia). Check availability at checkout.

2. Carriers and Costs: We use USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. U.S. rates start at $5; international rates start at $15 for small orders and may increase for larger items like booster boxes.

3. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Delivery Time

U.S.: 3-7 business days after shipping.
International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are out of our control.

5. Address Accuracy: You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We’re not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country.

7. Damaged: or Lost PackagesIf your order arrives damaged, email us at info@overtimecardsandcoins.com within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace or refund at our discretion. For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
