Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Overtime Cards and Coins (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Products and Orders: We sell Pokémon collectibles (booster boxes, cards, coins). All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment: Prices are in USD and exclude shipping/taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made via Shopify’s secure methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We’re not responsible for payment errors.

Shipping: We ship within the U.S. via USPS/UPS. Shipping times aren’t guaranteed—delays are out of our control. You’re responsible for providing a correct address.

5. Returns and Refunds: See our Refund Policy for details. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days; opened collectibles are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property: All Site content (logos, images, text) is owned by Overtime Cards and Coins. Don’t copy or use it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: We’re not liable for damages from using our products or Site, including lost profits or data. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Maryland law. Disputes will be resolved in Carroll County, Maryland courts.

9. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms—check back for changes. Continued use of the Site means you accept updates.
