Refund policy

Returns Accepted: Within 14 days of delivery, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable: Opened booster packs, cards, or coins—due to the collectible nature, we can’t accept these back.

• Process: Email info@overtimecardsandcoins.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos—we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
