Refund policy

Trading card products are final sale. That includes singles, slabs, sealed packs, boxes, lots, mystery products, and breaks. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns are accepted only for non-TCG products that are unopened and in the same exact condition they were shipped in. Request the return within 14 days of delivery. Email us and wait for approval before shipping anything back. You pay return shipping.

If it was opened, used, damaged after delivery, missing pieces, or not in the condition we shipped, the return is refused.

Wrong, missing, or transit-damaged items: contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund those. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return
